A: Yes. We recommend warming the pack using a hot bath since microwaves and cause hot spots and degrade the integrity of the materials.
A: Yes. Gel pack inserts can be cleaned with mild soap and water or a disinfecting wipe. The cloth wrap is machine washable on delicate cycle. Air dry only.
